You must proofread your paper. But do not strictly rely on your computer’s spell-checker and grammar-checker; failure to do so indicates a lack of effort on your part and you can expect your grade to suffer accordingly. Papers with numerous misspelled words and grammatical mistakes will be penalized. Read over your paper – in silence and then aloud – before handing it in and make corrections as necessary. Often it is advantageous to have a friend proofread your paper for obvious errors. Handwritten corrections are preferable to uncorrected mistakes.
Use a standard 10 to 12 point (10 to 12 characters per inch) typeface. Smaller or compressed type and papers with small margins or single-spacing are hard to read. It is better to let your essay run over the recommended number of pages than to try to compress it into fewer pages. Health-Care Experience Essay

Likewise, large type, large margins, large indentations, triple-spacing, increased leading (space between lines), increased kerning (space between letters), and any other such attempts at “padding” to increase the length of a paper are unacceptable, wasteful of trees, and will not fool your professor.

The paper must be neatly formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides of each page. When submitting hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print out using dark ink. If it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument. Health-Care Experience

I have personally been affected by the mess that America calls a health system. In the same year, I had severe food poisoning and my stomach and intestines swelled.Health-Care Experience Essay  I had to be hospitalized for a day each, and was then sent home, even though I was still very ill. The reason? My family has no health coverage. Both my parents are very hard workers and own their own business. One would think that my household could afford health coverage, but we can’t, despite the many hours a week and hard labor. So, without coverage, there are heavy bills to pay. My mom and I have calculated that my parents will be paying hospital bills long after I graduate from college. Because of two days in the hospital, six bags of saline, and a bagel from the…show more content…
After all, it should be a right to be healthy. This is not the case with how the health system works in America. If everybody has the right to be healthy, then why is it only affordable to the upper class? Denying necessary coverage is denying the right to be healthy. Democrat Representative James Clyburn in South Carolina, said in an article that the health care problem in America is “the civil rights movement of the 21st century” (Faces of…Debate). In the Constitution and in the Bill of Rights, people have inalienable rights that cannot be taken away from them. Some of these include the right to speech, religion, press, assemble peacefully, and even to own a gun. Healthcare coverage should be apart of that list too. It doesn’t make sense that the Government says it’s fine that you can own a gun no matter what, and yet, they could care less if you are healthy or not. Another thing that is puzzling is that criminals and even terrorists on American soil are guaranteed health care. For example, in the state and country prisons and jails, inmates get totally free care of doctors equal to what a civilian would have to pay for. Guantanamo Bay, a US Naval base is used as a prison to put nation – threatening terrorists in. There, they get totally free health care and check ups. This is odd because, even though more than 46 million people in America do not have health coverage  Health-Care Experience Essay
