In Hertfort regional college the managers should know about the key features of health and safety regulations. The employers have to protect their employees in terms of accidents, injuries (Cekada, 2010). As it is the duty of organisation to protect their employers and employees while providing the safe conditions at work place. There should be proper drinking facilities for staff and students. If the working place is good then staff will be retain there for a long period of time.
