Objectives for Practicum Learning
I have been able to come up with the priorities and objectives of my self-assessment that I hope to accomplish in my upcoming practice period. Following these goals and objectives, I will be able to develop my knowledge and abilities in relation to the necessary competencies. Practicum Learning Objectives Week 1 . During my clinical experience, I look forward to improving my professional skills and expertise through my role as a nurse educator. Clinical skills, such as managing patients and simply being able to manage the floor without having to rely on someone to send me directions and show me what I’m supposed to do, are equally important. I strive to be able to fulfill my tasks as a nurse professionally and to do so faithfully.
My practicum learning would be driven by many objectives. My first objective would be to show the capacity to understand the priorities, the reality, and the value of using information technologies to increase the efficiency of health care. The objective can be accomplished through exemplifying, describing, categorizing, and contrasting the key principles of care. It is consistent with AACN Essential II, which recognizes the importance of organization and systemic leadership in fostering organization thought and quality management (AACN, 2006). The use of information technologies to increase the quality of care is a result of the need for doctoral nurses to support patient protection and professionalism in service.

The next objective, then, is to resolve concerns relating to current evolving circumstances in my field of practice by making use of the knowledge, talents, laws, and capabilities that I have gained. This is under AACN Essential III, which acknowledges the need for healthcare providers at the doctoral level to engage effectively in theoretical approaches and clinical scholarships. Extensive research is required to learn how to resolve emerging health problems (Price, Buch & Hagerty, 2015). AACN Essential II pointed out that graduate studies have the hallmarks of study and scholarship. The basic study is considered to be the first and most important component of any scholarly project. It helps to establish strategies for problem-solving and exploring new ideas. Practicum Learning Objectives Week 1 .
The third objective is the need to show the ability to appreciate the truth, the function and value of health information technology in enhancing the efficiency of medical care. This is in accordance with AACN Essential IV, which promotes the use of patient care technology and health information systems to increase the quality of treatment and achieve good outcomes for patients. Doctoral nurses should have the capacity to use information technology and technologies to enhance patient care and services overall. They must also have the potential to guide health and education environments.
