In implementing the project, three issues have been identified. The first challenge is from the management system and individual factors in the facility. There is a lack of proper knowledge about the concept proposed in the project. In addition, there is no enough time for the project process. This challenge will be addressed by ensuring that the organization is aware of the project details, the problems it addresses and the need for change. The second challenge is the attitudes of nurses and other medical personnel towards the project as a nursing process. This issue will be addressed through presenting the nursing process as uniquely defined nursing actions that offer an appropriate image of the profession. The third challenge is support from the facility’s management systems. Conceptual Models of Nursing Paper This challenge will be addressed by recruiting project champions from among the management and garnering support from the project. In addition, the administration will be engaged at every step of the project to help with informing about similar projects applied in the organization and the techniques used (Zamanzadeh et al., 2015). Besides the mentioned factors, the project will engage the appropriate stakeholders to help being trust while leveraging their experiences as input for the project. This allows them to have buy-in.

In addition, Levin’s Conservation Model will be applied. The model proposes that emotional and physical wellbeing can be improved by considering the four domains of conservation: social integrity; personal integrity; structural integrity; and individual energy. The model helps in justifying steps to involve other stakeholders in implementing the project through indicating that it cannot operate singly and in isolation from other medical care efforts (Fawcett, 2016).
