Since challenges arise every day that do not have a structured solution, it is necessary to have leaders who will not only give directions but will work collaboratively with others as full partners (Crowell & Boynton, 2020). This collaborative leadership style is always associated with patient outcomes, less staff turnover, and reduced medical errors.
