According to Milstead and Short (2019), there may be pressure to produce results quickly, stakeholders may not like the results, or the results may be difficult to interpret. Strategies to communicate the existence of these opportunities in the workplace are by participating and educating others about the importance of being involved. Joining a nursing group on social media is a good way to discuss opportunities available to get involved in policymaking and evaluation (Paul, 2020).
