Based on a detailed background and the significance of mental health issues among adolescents, this paper will draw upon statistics on the prevalence, quality of life issues, complications, and societal burden to develop a comprehensive and detailed adolescent-target health promotion program (Yao et al., 2021). The paper will also review the literature on health promotion programs aimed at promoting mental wellness and preventing mental health disorders in adolescents. The research will explore strategies to address mental health challenges in diverse adolescent populations by comprehensively analyzing existing research and conceptual frameworks. This indicated a positive or significant in mental health outcomes among the participants who completed the program. In addition to the MBSR program, there is also Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Group Intervention and School-Based Mental Health Promotion Program, critical mental health promotion approaches adopted among the adolescent population in different settings.
