The existing holiday schedule for our organization was designed and implemented without considering the individual needs of our stakeholders. These include the needs of our diverse professionals and stakeholders and their preferences for enhancing productivity. I recommend designing a more flexible holiday policy that allows employees to participate in the holiday planning to ensure the inclusivity of diverse ideas.
