Who is your target population?

This program targets the surrounding community, which mainly constitutes elderly individuals. This population has a high prevalence and is more likely to develop lifestyle diseases, including hypertension, type 2 diabetes (T2DM), and cardiovascular diseases. According to Qiu et al. The morning session lasts for hours in which community members are educated about lifestyle modifications that effectively lower risk or reverse lifestyle illnesses. The learners are given a one-hour lunch break. The afternoon session lasts for two hours in which the participants are allowed to interact amongst themselves and with their trainers, sharing their experiences concerning chronic illnesses.
