Relaxation Activity and Reflection Assignment

I completed a yoga relaxation exercise for 30 minutes. The relaxation method involved stationary and moving poses that were combined with deep breathing. It helped reduce anxiety and stress and adequately improved strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility. At first, I had to learn how to perform successful yoga since a lack of better tips can lead to injuries. At first, I thought yoga was a simple exercise with no immediate feelings. However, after engaging in the exercise I realized that it makes one feel mental and physical energy and was crucial in boosting alertness and enthusiasm.  It made me entirely focus on positive things and was a motivation to continue the next day. There is a feeling of a gradual return to normal as the relaxation impacts the body and superb emotional well-being. While deeply enthroned in yoga at times tears began to come out and I thought it was a negative thing. However, I came to realize that having tears is part of the process and that they may even come out for a year. This represents the easing of releasing of tension which is a positive sign of the relaxation process. Relaxation Activity and Reflection Assignment
