Hi class. In order for educators to be able to teach learners the importance of a practice that is based on evidence, their teaching practices need to be evidence-based. To do this, educators need to continually conduct research and implement the results of their studies into practice so that they are effective instructors for the learners of our future (Halstead, 2007).
