Symptoms began in the last 2 months when he discovered he is being activated with the Navy
Reserves. His MOS is CM3 Construction Mechanic; no medical illnesses, no legal hx. Allergies:
NKDA; sleeps 8hrs; appetite good.
Mr. Ralph is a 19-year-old who is been activated with the Navy and has decided to set up an appointment with a psychiatrist. Mr. Ralph with a sad , tearful, and anxious affect expressing his sadness and fear of coming back to active duty due to his sexual orientation. Mr. Ralph feel anxious about the situation in which the people in his unit arrive to know that he is gay. Mr. Ralph have been hiding his sexual orientation, and now he feels terrified about their comments about gay people. Mr. Ralph fear the change that will happened when they know about his sexuality , like the man will no longer hug him, sleep close to him or been in the shower. Mr. Ralph fear been treated differently like people stand up and go away from him. He is confuse about close friend and sexual feelings. During the interview Mr. Ralph have learn the he have alack of skill , the first one is been able to tell people that his gay and a second one is not able to face or deal with rejection due to his sexual orientation.
