Based on the findings and analysis of the Clifton strength assessment, I identified five main themes that define me as a leader. Even though I have not been in a position to understand exclusively, many people have previously pointed out some of them. The five main themes include; Strategic, Context, Competition, Significance, and Individualization. The themes define me as not only a leader but also my personality outside the leadership atmosphere. As a leader, strategic competence is essential because it helps define your position and the ability to make the best alternatives in the event of a crisis. As a leader, there are many scenarios when you face a challenge, and having competence in strategy allows me to make the most appropriate alternatives. Besides, the theme of context is essential in my leadership because it helps to use the past to frame the present in the most appropriate way (İspir, Elibol & Sönmez, 2019). In healthcare, competition is one of the main aspects that help to enhance quality. The competition allows me to measure our progress based on that of others through benchmarking. Competition is, therefore, essential for promoting quality in an organization (Allen, Jenkins & Krizanovic, 2018). Also, having the theme of significance is important to me as a leader because it makes me acceptable and relevant to others, including stakeholders who are essential in the healthcare sector. Lastly, individualization as a theme helps me recognize all people’s unique qualities, and this helps make teamwork in my organization (Fransen et al., 2018). Individualization helps highlight the differences people have in competence and how their corporation can improve productivity.
