The survey will focus on the implementation process to identify missed steps or failures that could have produced poor outcomes (Elwy et al., 2020). Plans to Revise, Extend, Maintain, or Discontinue the Proposed Intervention

After evaluation, the researcher may improve, extend, maintain, or discontinue the proposed intervention. The decision will depend on the data collected and the capacity of the community hospital to continue the solution after the one-year proposal (Elwy et al., 2020).  If the data indicates that the project process and outcomes were positive, the community hospital can consider maintaining comprehensive care for opioid-addicted pregnant women.
