Inter professional Collaboration in Research and Clinical Practice
Please note the approved project is Covid 19 which has affected Kingstong Healthcare in California so far we are educating on stopping the spread, Vaccines, dealing with side effects of vaccines so I hope that gives you an idea what we are doing
Getting the evidence that supports the efficacy of specific interventions in solving a clinical problem is usually not the end of clinical inquiry. The next step is usually equally important. Actually, it may be the most important step because it is concerned with spreading the word about the change proposals so that they can be effectively translated into practice. This is the stage known as dissemination (Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt, 2019). It can be argued therefore that if dissemination is poor, the recommendations will just die a natural death and the clinical inquiry process will be a wasted effort. In the case of the change proposal with regard to preventing the rise in the rate of Covid-19 at Kingston Healthcare in California, dissemination of the proposal to leadership will take the form of policy briefs (Arcury et al., 2017). This will be an executive summary of the proposal that will be presented to the top leadership or the directors of the facility in a very short time. The hope is that they will incorporate the recommendations into organizational policies and practices making them mandatory.Inter professional Collaboration in Research and Clinical Practice
The plan to evaluate the outcomes comprises of a comparison of outcome data with the baseline data that was taken pre-intervention. For instance, the total number of patients and community members vaccinated against Covid-19 will be summed up and compared with the number before the interventions were started. Also the rate of Covid-19 infections in terms of cases per 1,000 admissions will be compared at the end of the project with the baseline rate taken at the start of the project.

Reflecting on the work done so far, I feel that i have learnt invaluable especially to do with interprofessional collaboration (Green & Johnson, 2015). I have realized that the scale of the Covid-19 pandemic has been enormous and many frontline healthcare workers and entire organizations have been overwhelmed. The secret to coping that I discovered these past weeks lies in the concept of interprofessional collaboration in all aspects.

Students are required to submit weekly reflective narratives throughout the course that will culminate in a final, course-long reflective journal due in Topic 10. The narratives help students integrate leadership and inquiry into current practice.
This reflection journal also allows students to outline what they have discovered about their professional practice, personal strengths and weaknesses, and additional resources that could be introduced in a given situation to influence optimal outcomes. Each week students should also explain how they met a course competency or course objective(s). Inter professional Collaboration in Research and Clinical Practice
