Project Dependancy and Constraint

The main project dependency is the project progress report since the assigned personnel will depend on project activities carried out by the team every week. The main project constraint is the time since the project manager must balance the time for each task to meet the project deadline.

Part Two: Kirehe Internal Medicine and Laboratory team’s project Analysis

The main reason why the delay got worse for the Kirehe Internal Medicine laboratory is due to the turnaround time. It is always important to ensure that the laboratory quality management revolves around turnaround time assessments and improvements, improving patient satisfaction. However, in Kirehe’s case, the hospital serves over 34,000 patients, which means the hospital has a high possibility of experiencing medical tests and results delays (Ingabire et al., 2015). As a result, the facility presents a high probability of medical errors in any of the three examination phases, that is, preexamination, examination, or post-examination phases which would affect patient health outcomes negatively, thus leading to patient dissatisfaction with their services. 1.Using information pulled together for your log frame, create a project plan of up to 20 individual tasks describing your project’s intervention and data collection plans. Assign a team member for each task, estimate the timeframe for the task. Also identify at least one constraint and one dependency for the entire project.
2.For the Kirehe Internal Medicine and Laboratory team’s project designed to reduce time between ordering and receiving blood test results, what do you think is one possible reason for why the time delay to receiving results got worse before it got better?
