Initially, I faced difficulties in evaluating the creativity of my attempts to rephrase text and ensuring they are not similar to the original work. The paraphrasing tool will facilitate my assessment and comparison of the two works, assisting me in avoiding plagiarism. In addition, paraphrasing enables me express concepts and ideas through my own language instead of presenting another person’s thoughts as my own (Ellis et al., 2020). This specific attribute will have a pivotal function in maintaining the integrity of my writing.

In the case of my professional area, my goal is utilizing my academic networks towards navigating my career path. Multiple interactions with different individuals in my area of profession will enable me to create a network that will strengthen my professional reputation (Ellis et al., 2020). These are essential connections that will always help me to consult from more experienced individuals in my area of profession. These individuals will act as my mentors and share their professional experiences, which will enhance my communication skills. As an MSN student, I am dedicated to upholding confidentiality, treating everyone fairly, and ensuring equitable and just treatment. My professional goal is to consistently treat people with respect and promote effective communication while interacting with everyone.
