Review of Literature Matrix for Leadership Personality Discussion

This is not a paper. I do not need a title page. This is a review of literature matrix, that must be completed following the format that I have included. Basically I need 4 sources (must be full journal articles, NOT wikipedia, etc….). I will have to have a copy of the journal article as well. The sources will need to be put into the review of literature matrix that I have included. The journal articles should reflect my leadership style. I have included my SWOT analysis for articles that reflect my leadership style. Predominantly my leadership style is classified as “Authentic”, but also “transformational” and “adaptive Review of Literature Matrix for Leadership Personality Discussion”.

• Include in the Review Matrix research to support your Personal Leadership Strategic Plan after considering the following:
o Refer back to assessments, SWOT analysis, and readings in Module 1. Reflect back on the “burning question” that you have as a nurse. Begin to think about your vision for nursing, your vision for yourself in your current practice setting, your vision for yourself as an advanced practice nurse, and how you would utilize your strengths to purpose your vision.
o What areas repeatedly emerge as strengths? How can you use those to develop as a leader throughout your career? In what areas do you need to develop? What will you do to overcome those limitations and enhance your leadership potential?
