This is not a paper. I do not need a title page. This is a review of literature matrix, that must be completed following the format that I have included. Basically I need 4 sources (must be full journal articles, NOT wikipedia, etc….). I will have to have a copy of the journal article as well. The sources will need to be put into the review of literature matrix that I have included. The journal articles should reflect my leadership style. I have included my SWOT analysis for articles that reflect my leadership style. Predominantly my leadership style is classified as “Authentic”, but also “transformational” and “adaptive”.
