I expect this course to enhance my competencies as an advanced nurse practitioner. These competencies will then improve my understanding of practice knowledge, attitudes, and skills, enabling me to assess, diagnose, and treat patients presented to the clinic with various medical issues, achieving positive health outcomes.

My greatest strength involves being a team player. This quality will enable me to interact with other multidisciplinary team members during care delivery in the clinical setting. According to Sethi et al. (2019), collaboration between multidisciplinary team members in healthcare organizations is the backbone of safe and high-quality patient care due to the coordination of patient care. Other strengths are being attentive and patient. As a nurse practitioner, I will give my adult patients adequate time to express their thoughts, preferences, and interests during care delivery.
